Location

Reel Easy sails from Keyhaven river in Hampshire. We’re close to the New Forest, with Southampton and Bournemouth to either side and only a short drive away.

Keyhaven is a small natural harbour at the western end of the Solent. Set in stunning surroundings. Keyhaven boasts historic Hurst Castle as its defence from the weather, with Lymington harbour, Yarmouth and the Isle of Wight only a stone’s throw away.

Hurst Castle can be accessed via the Keyhaven Ferry or if you fancy the walk, you can follow the shingle spit all the way to the Castle.

Keyhaven is also home to many sea birds who make use of the natural salt marshes. If you’re a keen walker or twitcher, Keyhaven river is the perfect spot for you.

There is a large public council car park for the river which has fantastic modern toilet facilities and plenty of space for everyone.

The Gun Inn opposite is also handy should you wish to indulge after a hard day’s fishing with great food and drink on offer.

If you are using a SatNav to find us, you should use the post code SO41 0TP. This will direct you to the car park.

Keyhaven and nearby Milford-on-Sea are both small villages with narrow roads at times. Please take care when driving and please park responsibly.

Once you’ve parked up, Kevin will be ready and waiting for you at the small pontoon at the end of the harbour wall (pictured above).

As you walk towards the river from the road, turn right and follow the sea wall past the Keyhaven ferry pontoon to the end. This is where you’ll find us.

Take a look at our video guide to see where to go. But don’t worry, it’s a small harbour and you’ll probably spot us. If you have any problems, don’t hesitate to call.
