The Skipper
Kevin started out fishing in the Solent with a small wooden boat and a little engine, much to his parents’ dismay. 40 years later, he is a fully licensed charter skipper and owner of Reel Easy Angling Charters. With age comes experience, and Kev is more than happy to help and guide you when you come aboard.
If you are trying fishing for the first time or have little experience, Kevin will be there to help you bait up and reel in your catch.
If you’re a seasoned pro, his local knowledge and secret spots are the perfect ingredients to ensure you have an enjoyable day too.
The Boat
Reel Easy boasts a spacious and comfortable fishing experience for all who come aboard. With ample room on the main deck and licensed for 6-8 anglers (with 2 crew), there is room for everybody to fish in comfort. A central bait station, surrounded by seating, means anglers can take a load off while waiting for that big bite to come along.
With a sheltered area near the wheelhouse and two seats, if the weather takes a turn there is room to shelter with a hot drink. The heated cabin also provides further respite should you need it.
There is hot and cold running water, two hobs for your hot drinks (or instant noodles – no judgement here) and a mini oven. The boat also has a private on-deck manual flushing toilet and sink in case it’s needed after all that tea and coffee.
